Fest Quality
Continuous control of production quality ensures product performance and allows for complete recording from raw materials to the final product. In addition, each Fest laboratory is accredited for all routine QA/QC testing performed at each facility.
Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Fest. For example, technical advice, training courses and on-site support are among the services that Fest offers to support its customers. In addition, Fest processes help ensure that products comply with international standards, which are continuously monitored and evaluated against standards set by independent testing bodies.
